Dear Shareholders and customer,
Banking is on the threshold of a change. While the economic scenario is challenging, the regulatory and prudential obligations are also becoming more stringent. Some of them poses a challenge and require a Sound balancing act. The financial results for 2014 -15 are to be viewed in this context. It is my privilege to present before you the Annual Report of your great institution for the year ended March 31; 2015.Your Bank has shown good growth amidst challenging times.
The financial year 2014-15 (FY14) began with multifarious developments including elevation of inflation, heightened rupee volatility and worsening current account deficit apart from growth slowdown and sharp industrial contraction. However, as the year progressed, especially from the third quarter onwards, there were firm signs of stability on the external front, partial easing of inflationary pressures and positive outlook towards growth.
In current financial year started new 13 branches so Pusad Urban Bank provide services to customer on 38 branches including HO and 15 district and planning to reach out all the district of Maharashtra .
We use technology to personalize service, not to depersonalize it. Technology allows us to connect with our customers in new ways every day. It enables our customers to control when, where and how they want to do business with us, and it gives our customer-contact team members the ability to quickly access the information they need to earn 100 percent of every customer’s business.
Our Bank has demonstrated its resilience in the current challenging environment and I am confident that we have the strength and resources which along with the trust our customers have reposed in us, will enable us to withstand any adversity and emerge stronger. Pusad urban bank always follows Values integrity, trust, respect, communication and collaboration With banking we never forget our social responsibility, in this financial year bank participate in “Bharat Swachata Abhiyan“and food, Puls Polio Drop medicine to “Kuposhit Child Development Program”.
It was the vision of our founding Chairman, Directors, Chief Promoters, to reach out and serve the Common man and meet all his banking needs in keeping with this vision.
I would like to thanks each and every present and late employee without whose efforts and commitment pusad urban bank would not have been in the strong position it is in.
