Our Bank started working at pusad in Yavatmal district. The Chief Promoters of the Bank Late shri Shriram Appaji Asegaonkar was taken the enormous effort to establish the bank. Shree Babuseth Hirani was founder Chairman of the bank.

It is great pride in the history of the bank that the bank has received 15 awards from the different association and organizations. The Bank has recently received the prestigious I.S.O. 9001-2008 Certificate. The Banks Head Office is situated in Banks own building at Pusad.
